Service Description

This is a basic introduction to Energy Healing. I will help you activate the energy of your hands to help others with pain, and emotional well being. You will learn how to awaken this energy, strengthen it and direct it into your own body and others with permission. I will teach you how to protect your energy, ground your energy and expand your energy through several techniques. There is no chance of harm to yourself or another during this class- just a wonderful experience of allowing the gift of light for yourself and others. You will learn: - how healing happens, and why sometimes it doesn't - proper and appropriate hand positions - breath work - grounding - feeling the flow and how to increase it
