Those of you who have been to my classes have probably heard about my spirit guide RED EAGLE.  He is a wise and dear companion to me and I have been conversing with him since 1997 regularly. 

Many times I would go to his tee pee and sit with him in my meditations.  On frequent occasions someone else would “arrive” and sit with us.  At these times I was instructed to take notes for my own use.  It is with pleasure I share these pearls of wisdom with you!
